"Was unpleasant experience today with young man who was teaching older gentleman how to do a return. First he asked for my card I said no it was gift card he said it was online order. And? I used gift card. Then asked to see it, no idea why he wanted to see it. I said no it was all used and I threw it out. So strange."
"Came in here wanting a specific item and received it. I loved my candle sconce so much and will definitely buy another one. The store itself is real nice and organized. But the reason why this is a 4 star review instead of a 5 is because of their prices. Yes there items are super well made and high quality but, there are a lot of overpriced items in there. They sell items that are priced around $50-200, to where can find the same items at thrift stores or at the Burlington next door for around $3-30. The employees are super nice and welcoming, but honestly if you like something here I suggest take pictures and google lens it to compare pricing. There was a beautiful little pillow there for $70. Yes you read that right, a $70 little throw pillow! When I google lenses it, I found a similar pillow at Walmart for $16. So I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking something specific like I did, or if you want inspiration. Because like I said in the beginning of this review, the store is nice and beautiful. Just highly overpriced with a handful of items"
"Good location, inside the Rim with plenty of parking. Walking distance to TJ Max, Ross, Target, Hobby Libby. Good prices for the mirrors. Lots of cute looking household items. I bought two mirrors after all. Staff were professional and attentive. Some sale items like cups, glasses, and candles were available too."
"Kirkland doesn't do the spin game or points anymore, however, they still give you more discounts than any other place."
