"Here is a company that knows customer service. I walked into the shop looking for pipe insulation because the temp was forecast to drop below freezing. There was a short line of people at the counter but someone behind the counter looked and acknowledged me. When it was my turn, the fellow sent a runner for my parts and he came back, printed an invoice and pointed me to the accounts payable lady. I was out in a flash. Each person I was in contact with was cheerful and seemed to like their job. There was upbeat music playing of the speakers and it was just a happy place. It was a pleasant experience."

"Don't buy Rheem tankless water heaters from here. Rheem will do everything to not honor warranty and diagnose as failed to keep up with maintenance even though no one there is a plumber. Customer has a water heater with failed weld leaking water and he was told it was elements. Water heater is a year old. Water heater is under warranty but business wont assist in getting this squared away they throw back everything on customer. Used to be a warranty meant something in this trade. Response from the owner4 days ago Hello Rene, thank you for your review, we would be very frustrated also, if we were in your shoes. Rheem is refusing to warranty this unit based off the photos "J.C." sent to the warranty department. As the middle man between you and Rheem, we apologize for your negative experience. The customer did call Rheem in accordance with the rules and he was given a case number. They asked him to send photos, which he did, and it clearly showed oxidation of the copper element chamber from the joining weld. Rheem told him that the elements were bad and he needed to purchase new ones and the warranty for parts is only one year. Elements were fine except for one shorting out because of the leak from the weld on the tank. Customer purchased all four under the recommendation of Rheem and of course that didnt fix the issue other than a defective water heater that was still going to leak even though having brand knew Rheem elements. I called Rheem after the sales associate took five hours and didn't give me a call back until I called back. I called myself because this isn't my first time dealing with them and spoke to a young lady who had no clue and the supervisor and the supervisor's supervisor. All obviously have no experience in the plumbing field and are making deceptive decisions for a customer who has little or no knowledge on plumbing. The water heater is a year and three months old. No other factors were in play other than defective product. I thank you for your response but if you sell a product under your business name, there should be some effort to square things away other than, thanks for the 800 bucks, sorry cant help you."

"This group of talent epitomizes teamwork. I've seen extremely pleasant and explanatory interactions with one time customers, to in-depth problem solving and urgency to the experienced master plumber. I genuinely feel as if I needed a personal favor I could call on these guys. This is my one stop shop for plumbing material... and also the occasional bs session if I need to kill a few minutes. I highly recommend this particular location!"
