"I bought a Stihl chainsaw, and the two days later, the first time I used it, it didn't work. I kept trying to get it to work, and no luck. Long story short, North Tools wanted to change me 60$ to check it out and see if it was serviceable. They told me that it didn't matter if I just got it two days ago. If I try to fix it, they told me it would void the warranty. It feels like a trap. Basically, buyer beware on purchasing gas operated tools at Northern Tools."
