"This location in particular is the most disorganized and unhelpful store. I asked for help locating a shower head and was told by two separate employees to "go find womeon else to ask". So I am, all the way to Lowes. My disabled partner was asking for assistance and was refused help because "I dunno, go ask another guy"."

"When we are down in South Texas we have been to this home Depot several times. Really surprised that I have not rated it yet. I really have no issue with this place at all. We shopped here on Black Friday and we were in and out. The staff members were already anticipating the crowds and they did a great job. Now, I can't say the same for the major construction that is all around that area which is just absolutely atrocious. Plan on a little extra time to get here, and when you leave make sure to not go back to the freeway or else it will take you 15 minutes to get back on it! They pretty much had everything in stock that we were wanting to get, which was really zero Black Friday deals but had everything for a fluorescent light that I was changing out in the in-laws' bathroom. Quick in and out!"
"No contractor cart’s available they’ll have them inside the store occupied with merchandise, I asked them about it and they send me to the parking lot to find one even when I told them I had already check"
