"Mr Rubio, you may not remember me but I'm Robert Garza. It was a pleasure to meet you. I just wanted to extend my thanks for such a great experience with my recent purchase of my roofing supplies for a rental project of mine. On 11/14/23 I went into your store/warehouse not knowing what to expect nor knowing what options were going to be available as far as manufactures and colors of shingles. Your Sales representative Arturo Ramirez made the process pleasant and painless. Arturo guided me through the selections available including a new display he mentioned was just made available. Your selection was great and everything I needed was in stock and ready for purchase. The transaction was fast and efficient, and the setup for delivery was timely. Before I left your premises, you introduced yourself which I appreciated greatly. You also showed me a product I was actually looking for at one of the big box stores, but I did not trust those due to lack of an experienced user. You however informed me of how the roof cleaner worked and how it was a "spray it down and forget" product that would do its job just as it should with the help of the natural elements. I am eager to try it on my own home. Anyway thank you again, Arturo,and your entire staff including the delivery drivers were very professional and on time. "When I walked into the store there was everything a man can want, I asked for17 rolls of peel and seal self sticking roll roofing , when I ask how long it would take to get that amount the gentlemen checked and said 2 to 3 weeks, he did have 3 rolls on hand, I drove back to my office in Alamo ,Tx, approx. 25 miles, filled out all the necessary paperwork for Tax Exempt, sent my employee back over to purchase what they had on hand, the counter man said he would have to charge me tax, then reimburse me the difference when his corporate office cleared the Fed Gov Tax Exempt form, That was Yesterday May 26 , today I spent almost 25 minutes on hold Listening to adds telling me how much my business means to them, the counter man said he would call me back in a few minutes, I asked for their cooperate office number so I can speak with someone in financing, or whoever to explain that it only takes the push of a key to approve such a thing, I have been doing this for 30 years for the federal government and never had this happen to me, so my suggestion is to clean up your customer service, it is vital to anyone's business"
