"Buyer beware… This company was recommended to us by our custom builder. Because it’s a nice home we wanted to get the top of the line appliances. We went to Morrison and got all Thermodore kitchen appliances, I paid an arm and a leg for them. Things went well until they had to install my freezer and fridge. First, installation was not free, that was not mentioned during the sale. To install Thermodore fridge and freezer a specially trained person has to do then. Their own employee gave me his own price quote to install them. I declined to pay almost $1,000 to get them installed and that’s because he wanted me to help him get them down from the pallet. I eventually got a hold of the sales person and we were able to make a deal where I pay $650 for the installation or else I will have no fridge and freezer. So I paid all this money and they came by and installed them. I called them back a month later because the freezer kept alarming that the freezer is too warm and there’s ice melting everywhere. Took another month to get a person to come and try to fix it. He said it’s the door that’s defective and he stuck a piece of paper to keep it from leaking. Said he’ll be back to install the new door. It’s been 2 months and no one has come over and when I call to get an update it’s always, we will get back to you, but no one ever calls back. Buyer beware. Not worth the money or the time."
