"Great service. I found what I needed an extension cord to get ready for this cold front we are expecting. Last time I did not have a long extension I had to move the refrigerator close to the generator. Surely I want to be prepared for an unexpected weather change. You can find tools to fix your home or vehicle."

"In my opinion, Harbor Freight Tools is one of the best places to find and buy practically any kind of tool or tool accessorie/s. Their tools are good quality, functional and very affordable. I definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone that is in need of any kind of tool that will get whatever job you're working on done very well and quickly, and without having to spend an insane amount of money on said tools. The store is very easy to find, which I feel is extremely convenient and important when you need a certain tool asap! The employees are very friendly and helpful. So if you haven't already been there, I strongly recommend you give them a visit!!"

"Definitely one of the worst harbor freights I’ve been to. Terrible customer service. I’m a member and came in for a member deal and the lady put in a random number so my membership didn’t pull up so I had to stop the transaction and redo it. Then I was supposed to get a tool with my purchase but they didn’t have the one I needed and the lady said “this is good enough it’s free anyway so don’t complain” in a rude manor. I’m paying for it so how the hell are you gonna tell me what’s good enough. Won’t ever spend another red cent at this store."

"- Good service - The tools sold here are economically friendly, but the quality is not as good for permanent use - Lines to pay get pretty long"

"The tools are of decent quality in a pinch and some for a lifetime but the wait line to purchase extends to the back of the store. I came in to buy a one dollar tool and stood on line for twenty minutes to do so; to the point that I considered dumping a dollar and change (for tax) on the cashier's counter and walking out. At $8-11 an hour, I can't see why they can't seem to staff their store on the weekend rush other than trying to save a buck or two on labor while they rake in thousands in sales. There's another Harbor Freight that's a longer drive on the East side of Edinburg/McAllen that I've heard has shorter wait times. Will bite the bullet today but will make the extra drive over to the other store next time. Additionally, why they don't have a ticket system for returns and lump them in with the customers desperate to get back to the job site. Have customers making a return pull a ticket and wait in a separate line. It's so crazy it might just work. I don't know if this is a corporate issue with them not wanting to staff their store properly during peak times or what but the wait is ridiculous. Three cashier stands were empty during peak times; unacceptable."
