"It was good. Except I was going to buy quite a few elf products tht said they were 3.00 dollars when I went to check out tht was far from the truth and embarrassing. They were at regular price. I was so upset . Why does walmart advertise products that say the Price incredibly low price which it is NOT.!!!"

"I am very disappointed in the employees and management of walmart. Because of the employees not paying attention and doing their job correctly, I had to see my daughter cry. In the barbie doll section there were a lot of barbie dolls in clearance. I checked the regular price which was 24.97 and it was reduced to 11 dollars. I saw barbie on the label and hence made the assumption it was on sale given the fact that there were more than 6 of the same kind, as well as a bunch more barbie things on discount in that roll (and no this was not a discount wall, it was the normal barbie doll asile). Now, I don't work at Walmart, nor is it my job to check the numbers on the label, and match them to the dolls, that is your job! The manager was called to the issue at hand, since come to my surprise the doll rings up at 24.97 with no special, and I am told there was a mislabelling. It happens they say...yet they want to decieve people into buying them or what!? How do you explain to your child, oh sorry not getting the doll because employees at Walmart don't know how to do their job!?! Now, I've been a manager for many years, and the way the manager handled the issue is unacceptable. I could have been a rude customer and yelled or made a scene but I chose not to. I asked if the price could be honored given it was their mistake not mine. She said no, but would search for the doll that was supposed to be on that discount section. I told her I understand mistakes are made but there were a lot of dolls, the same dolls, not just one or two. I proceeded to say, no I don't want the other one because it's my daughter who wanted the doll. She did not care and said she could not honor it. So of course, my daughter starts to cry. Normally the customer is right, that is what your taught in any customer service job, I can honestly say there are times customers are not, this is not the case. The woman manager between 3 and 4pm today needs training on how to be a good manager. Because it was not right. It was not my mistake, it was the employees at Walmart and unless walmart is saying they accept this type of customer service and they do things like this to decieve clients, then matters should be taken for something like this to not happen again. You are paying your employees to do a job, so make sure they actually doing it, it isn't my job."
