"We bought a fully-assembled, brand-new electric golf cart from Lowe’s store #2656 on 12/13/24. Almost immediately, the golf cart had pieces fall off including the wheels from the stripping of the bolts during assembly. We asked to return it since it was a damaged product and they refused to take it back and instead wanted Coleman (the manufacturer) to repair, with us paying the delivery charge. After doing so and sending to a recommended shop by Coleman, the cart remains unfixed with Coleman and Lowes fighting over whose fault. We are frustrated with false advertising about the return policy, the poor assembly and the lack of help by the store personnel. We want our money back and will never do business with Lowe’s. We are preparing a Texas Lemon Law filing to get the government involved. The bottom line is don’t buy expensive items from Lowe’s, there is no return policy."

"I’ve always liked this Lowe’s store in particular, some of the associates are knowledgeable and helpful, mostly those that have worked there for a long time. Their installation service has changed for the worst, although the clerks are still friendly, their appointment service is terrible, they don’t communicate well with the contractors they use and the customer is the one who suffers. I have family that has the same experience of damaged goods, specially on custom made orders. If you just need to buy tools or something they have in stock, you can still go to Lowe’s, for any special order, just look for a local business that could be a bit more expensive, but service will be far superior. Sad to see a store service decline so drastically"

"I came here looking for an oven and ways to melt metals. The guy at the oven section (juan) was very friendly. The rest of the staff, cannot say the same. I asked a lady about what i was looking for and she just directed me and said "keep walking, you'll see it at some point". So then i went towards the vague direction she pointed me too and could not find it. I asked someone else and they just pointed the vague direction again and said "at some point you'll see it". All i wanted was the find the item fast or at least find it at all. Not sure if they aren't allowed to leave their sections. But it sucked not being assisted. Will NEVER come back to this location again."

"Big and well organized warehouse. They have very few employees working on the floor. It's not very convenient to be waiting for service. Employees are very nice and friendly but few employees. They have a lot of modern light fixtures and appliances in this store. The parking lot is big and clean."
