"My husband and I recently brought in our Shark for repair after wear and tear on our chord preventing it from being plugged in. I initially thought we’d have to buy a new vacuum but then we stumbled across this place. I’m a huge review reader and I can agree with the quality of service, quick turn around, thorough assessment of the work but what we truly appreciated was the professionalism. Lol after picking it up literally Friday 15 minutes before closing and not able to speak with him as my husband had to pick me up, we thought the issue hadn’t been fixed since it “didn’t work” when we tried plugging it in. I promptly left a message and within the hour we were called back and asked to bring it in today. You can imagine how silly we felt after learning the the new replacement chord simply wasn’t fully connected at the bottom and once he noticed that he fixed it and showed us it worked like new. I truly appreciated how he handled that professionally. It’s hard to find people who value the customer and confidently stand by the work they provide because they know it is quality. We Wish this business much success!"
