"Very professional"
"Rude tech, spent have an hour in my store went out for three hours saying he did not have the part and will get it from near by other tech, spent 3 hours out, replaced the wheel (about 2.5 in round) and then gave us an invoice for $1,200 plus dollars more than the price of a new machine. I said that is crazy! your hourly rate is more than a $1,000 per hour, he said you don't have to sign the invoice, we have your CC on file and you will be charged for the whole amount , which they did. Overpriced and RUDE .. Beware!!"
"Absolutely terrible pricing. $120 to drive out to our location to fix. $121 if we bring them in. $120 per hour for any services done, presumably rounded up. So to get our $150 scale's password reset would cost $240. Ridiculous."
