"I usually don’t care for leaving reviews but the auto care employees had me f up and could of caused me an accident since my tires were holding on by a thread literally.. I went Wednesday because I got a notification saying my tires had arrived at the selected Walmart I choose… I called ahead of time to make sure I can go before my appointment on Friday , they stated yes I can .. I went & I was denied due to not wanting to pay for the installation but mind you I had already pre paid ahead when I purchased the tires … they still denied me .. I was not please by the way they handled the situation.. since I showed multiple employees my receipts.. the receipt showed I had purchased the “ value pack “ ahead of time … it was such an inconvenience having to come back and fourth with my tires not being in good shape .. I spoke to 2 other employees, then Joshua and Lee . Lee was sure it had nothing to do with them but with affirm … when in fact it was not it was the employees and management giving me a hard time ( I had financed these items ) . Finally I was able to get them to understand… and they still took 2-3 hrs to have my car ready … when appointment was set ."

"I placed an order for delivery for my mom, who is disabled. They delivered it to the wrong address and would not refund my mother's money. She is on a fixed income and will will not be able to make up for the loss. I called Walmart, but the persons I spoke to were so cold and uncaring. Do not order from these people."

"Beatrice from online pick or customer service was very helpful and walked to the automotive department and double checked that the tires I had purchased were in stock. After another employee had just told me that they were not in. She was a big help and took the time to double check and not just say they are not there to close up shop. Thank you very much."

"I went grocery shopping at this particular Walmart this evening as it’s less than five miles from my place and the cashiers have had no problem with me doing separate orders as some items that can’t be purchased with food stamps I use my own debit card and the items that are allowed to bought with food stamps and whatever the balance is leftover I’ll use another debit card and the cashier told me that my food stamp card was denied and I called the number on my food stamp card and it had my full available balance and it is still active. I don’t understand how my food stamp card could be denied. This is a rare example of having to pay for everything out of pocket as luckily I get paid every week at my job."
