"Otherwise, a well-kept and stocked store, but I couldn't get my gift cards redeemed here, and it seems like there was a general lack of familiarity with the process. Even the store manager didn't know how to get that done, so after 2 hours, including shopping, I gave up. I'll try again when I have half a day to spend. It seems like, if it's this complicated, there'd be a customer service number for me or even them to call, but alas, we were on our own."

"They redesigned everything and when I asked for help the workers didn’t know where things were and they said they no longer do exchanges on defective items. Just go to heb I’ve never had a problem with them. Their produce isn’t as fresh either."
"If you haven't checked out this Walmart you need to make a beeline and get in there. I know we all pretty much love Walmart, but this Walmart you might want to marry LOL. They have obviously gone through a makeover which includes wider aisles, more products to choose from, displays, mannequin set ups, new items to choose from and so much more that I didn't even have time to look at everything. This is not my Walmart but I hope all Walmarts are headed in this direction. Plus, wait for it, great service around every corner. I told a friend of mine about the service, and they said "Are you sure you were in a Walmart?" LOL. Never known for necessarily being rude but not always available, times they are a changing and I'm following them wherever they go."
"My worse experience ever at Walmart ☹️. Yesterday, I decided to purchase a Mr. Coffee clearance item. When I opened the fully sealed box? I was embarrassed. As not even the savings explain this mess. The pictures tell the story. I did return the item and I asked the customer care representative why was it sold like this the representative said it was discounted. So, then I asked for the manger they sent a team lead. This may be the last time I purchase anything here, especially anything on clearance."
