"Do not ever seek assistance or purchase any accessories from this location if you’re a Verizon customer. I placed an order online to be picked up at store. Somehow a duplicate order was sent to the account address out of state. I contacted the store to seek assistance and their only response was that since I placed the order online I had to contact customer care to correct it. This was a Saturday and customer care did not reopen until Monday. The policy of not being able to provide customer care over the weekend is ignorant. This interaction with and non responsiveness by the store is pathetic."
"There's usually a long wait almost every time I visit, but this time was very quick and no wait at all. I was impressed with how fast I was taken care of. Just in and out within minutes."
"The workers literally avoid eye contact when you enter. This place is so rude and unprofessional. I stood around waiting to hand over my iPhone, not even to make a transaction, and they let me stand there for 45 minutes unhelped. This place is trash. Don’t visit. I’m literally still standing here typing this review."
