"THIS IS THE WORST OLD NAVY! Terrible customer service. The manager (about 25 year old male, dark hair , Hispanic?, huge diamond ring) was extremely rude and dismissive to me. I was nice to him, I had a simple question about a sale and he was the cashier and wouldn't help me in any way. He was AWFUL to me. I'm still upset about my encounter with him. I've NEVER been treated so poorly, and for no apparent reason. This happened at 7:00pm, 11/02/2023, transaction #4886"
