"AUSTIN was a true blessing of an experience. I had previously walked into a tux store on legacy and been refused because they “don’t make women’s suits.” As a masculine presenting woman, that clearly was not my desire but they repeatedly refused to help me. That discouraged me from an in store suit shopping experience for the last two years. Austin changed that last night. I will exclusively attempt to have him help me as long as possible. He knows his craft and he’s so kind and patient."

"I usually only write reviews if the company or location is extremely horrible or exceptional service all around. I am glad to find this location is the latter. Having an important wedding to go to I looked and searched many different stores. From time spend at Macys and Amazon I felt I couldn’t quite find the suit that I was looking for. I didn’t want to settle on a black suit like many of the other guests and wanted a navy suit to add a bit of color to my style. Austin and Robbie were exceptional from the tailor experience of getting my measurements to trying different coats on we came to a decision that I was happily satisfied with. Fortunately the only work needing to be done was a 20 min wait of adjusting the slacks I had purchased. Despite the wait I was very happy that I wasn’t stepping on my pants and that the suit that I had purchased not only made me look good but also allowed me to receive many compliments from family and such. This is my first time with Men’s Warehouse I was skeptical at first but am happy I cam inside. I was met with a warm welcome, exceptional service and timely adjustments in time for a wedding I had the next day. I am truly happy things went well and will be attending this location should I need another suit."
