"I bought this bag and a kid shoe that wasn’t the size of my baby! I returned them and they refused to take them saying it was not bought in the store! After convincing them with my receipt they tried finding faults why they will take it! I haven’t seen an unprofessional people like the two folks I met that acted as God! They took the shoe and refused to give me back my money!"

"I never write bad reviews but I think it’s important that people know just how mismanaged this store is and how rude the manager (Rekha) is to customers. She’s condescending in her tone and very defensive when confronted about issues. Be careful, or better yet, try another Ross! We had a very unpleasant experience."
"So today I thought I would try this store again. Not today or ever again always low in stock and most of the time one cashier. I have lost a lot of weight and need to try clothes on and yet again the fitting rooms are closed in the back and up front only one is open on a Saturday the other broke so they say? I live close so this one is or was perfect but, guess I will take my business elsewhere."
