"Probably one of the worse Journeys i’ve been to. I walked in and the young lady on the cash register didn’t acknowledge me or say anything I looked around for a bit at least 5-10 minutes. She continues to talk on the phone slouched over on the register talking on the phone. I sat down and hoping to be helped but nah just she just looked at me like I was disturbing by coming into the store. I originally wanted to buy two pairs of shoes, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back smh."
"Best customer service I’ve seen at any retail business in a long time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They had a great selection. The sales associate even opened the door for me on the way out. I don’t usually shop at Journeys much but they’ll be getting my business anytime I need shoes now!!"
