"Unorganized and very unprofessional! I placed an order online but after that, it was like it was lost forever lol anyway since I didn't get any new updates after placing the order I decided to contact customer service who said it was DELIVERED to the store a week ago but that they forgot to send me a notification. When I arrived at the store it took the cashier about 7 minutes to locate my package and when she did it took her another 3 minutes because I had to wait for her to eat a bag of chips. After all, she said that she didn't get a break. The conclusion is if you don't have a lot of time to waste perhaps you should try another store lol"
