"90% of the employees are trashy teenagers who just stand by the registers and gossip instead of doing their jobs. they have a whole charcuterie section, but they lack in basic food staples. The other day when I was there, there was a broken jar of honey in the jam aisle on the floor and multiple employees walked by and didn’t do anything while a bunch of teenagers tap danced in the puddle of honey for TikTok videos. also, why is the store like 90° inside? On a prior occasion, a girl who was “in training“ was not being supervised by anyone, and threw Raw chicken face down on my baby food while she was checking me out and didn’t help me anything and was gossiping with her friend the entire time. I always leave the store in a bad mood. I’ve only gone there three times because I hate it so much."

"They wouldn't let me return this pitiful orchid I bought a couple days prior. Orchid flowers are supposed to last months but two days after purchase the flowers fell off so I wanted to return or exchange the plant. Apparently there is a HIDDEN POLICY that says ALL SALES FINAL on plants but it is NOT POSTED!"

"The store itself is clean & organized but consistently you will need to bring a cart from the parking lot as the entrance never has any. It'd be nice to have cashiers with basic customer service skills. I greeted the cashier & did not get any response, no hello, no thank you when handing me the receipt either. This was not the 1st time the cashiers have been more into their conversations with the baggers and other staff than with the customer. As a customer who feels the sting of ever increasing prices, it'd be nice to at least have a pleasant interaction at checkout. I see why everywhere is doing self checkout. :("

"Don’t be in a rush at the new upgrades store. They put locked cases for standard things like laundry detergent, so you’ll have to wait for an employee to come unlock it for you."

"As a regular visitor to Kroger Marketplace in Prosper, I can confidently say that it is one of my favorite Kroger locations. This sprawling store offers a wide variety of products, from everyday essentials to specialty items, making it a shopper's delight. Let me highlight some of the aspects that make this Kroger Marketplace a nice place to shop. One of the standout features of this store is its sushi counter. If you're a fan of sushi like me, you'll be delighted by the fresh and flavorful sushi offerings available. The skilled sushi chefs prepare a diverse selection of rolls and nigiri, catering to both traditional and contemporary tastes. The quality of the fish and the attention to detail in each roll truly elevate the sushi experience at Kroger Marketplace in Prosper. Cheese and wine enthusiasts will find themselves in heaven here. The cheese selection is impressive, boasting an array of both domestic and international cheeses. From creamy bries to tangy cheddars and everything in between, there's something to satisfy every palate. Additionally, the knowledgeable staff is always willing to provide recommendations or help you pair your cheese selections with the perfect wine. Speaking of wine, the wine section at Kroger Marketplace is truly outstanding. The store offers an extensive collection of reds, whites, rosés, and sparkling wines from various regions around the world. Whether you're looking for an affordable everyday bottle or a special occasion splurge, you're sure to find a suitable option. The well-organized aisles and detailed labels make it easy to navigate and discover new wines. Beyond the sushi counter, cheese, and wine selections, Kroger Marketplace in Prosper excels in other departments as well. The produce section offers a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables, often sourced locally, ensuring quality and supporting the community. The bakery section is filled with tempting treats, from crusty bread to decadent pastries, while the deli offers a diverse assortment of meats, salads, and ready-to-eat meals. The overall store layout is well-designed and spacious, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. While Kroger Marketplace in Prosper is undoubtedly a good store, there is still some room for improvement. Occasionally, popular items may run out of stock, especially during peak hours, which can be slightly inconvenient. However, the staff usually restocks quickly, minimizing any inconvenience caused. In conclusion, Kroger Marketplace in Prosper is a standout store that deserves high praise. With its exceptional sushi counter, extensive cheese and wine selections, and a wide range of other quality products, it offers a delightful shopping experience. If you're in the area and looking for a one-stop shop for groceries and more, I highly recommend paying a visit to Kroger Marketplace in Prosper."
