"Terrible customer service, I asked for a specific part for my truck(I'm no mechanic) when they gave me the part I wasn't able to distinguish the miniscule difference between the incorrect part and the one I was needing. I didn't realize the difference until I got home, I never took the part out of the plastic or the box. When I went back to ask for a refund they refused, stating their deceptive policy that's only listed in miniscule letters on the receipt. I own up to not reading the policy on the receipt, but taking into the consideration that the mistake was theirs, the right thing to do was for them to own up and make it right. I suggested a credit for tires and they refused that as well. Having the policy only listed in small print is a deceptive and misleading business practice. Do not go here."
