Magnuson Ace Hardware

"I use plexiglass for an application that requires precise measurements. I have had glass cut at Ace 20 times in the last 5 years. Many times I have had to send someone back because the cut was incorrect. Ruben the employee who cut the glass wrong the last few times. Seems to think it's no big deal just go back and re do it. He re cut it again a second time. She made him measure and still it was incorrect. I then told her to have him add quarter inch on each side so we can belt sand it down to a precise spec. He then rudely accuses her of mis-measuring wanting it for free. And refused to cut it to the correct specifications. Did not even refund the incorrect cut. When I called the assistant manager Lilly refused to give me the name of her manager told me I can google it. I know the owner Jeremy tries to keep his staff attentive , courteous & helpful. Just get it right the first time. I run a business and having to send any employee back and forth for a piece of plastic costly. I run a business in Houston and had my employee wait until they open to shop local (where she lives). This last time he was condescending rude to my employee. The manager Lily on staff was plain rude. Enough to make write this review."

"Make sure you park where you're supposed to park or else the lady will let you know. I guess she just assumed it was me, so she proceeded to yell across the room while I was trying to pay. Lost my business. I can't stand someones bitter attitude, especially when I'm spending my hard earned money."
