"Good service. Knowledge counter personnel. The only negative is that they don't always have what I need due to supply issues. Once you get accustomed to a quality product at a reasonable price and they can't stock it, you feel a bit jaded. You end up compromising. Life goes on."

"I made a purchase back in October and paid cash. Certain items needed to be returned, due to that my contractor had already purchased the items. I was told since I paid cash, I would get a refund the following week. A week passed and nothing, then I called spoke with Camille the sales person and she has given me about 3 different stories on when I will get the refund. I asked for corporates # and have left 2 voicemails and have yet to receive a phone call. I also purchased more items and asked to get a credit and was told I couldn't. I was planning on purchasing more items, but at this point I will take my business elsewhere. As a business owner, this is bad business."
