"I was having some computer issues. I have a total protection plan with geek squad. I made an appointment online. I took it in explained what my issues were. They gave ma an appointment to come pick it up a few days later. They ran some diagnostics, did all necessary updates, removed temp files and did Defrag of hard drive. I picked it up and they fully explained what they found and how they corrected it. The total protection plan is like insurance, you may not need it but over the years i have found it to be worth having."

"So I'm standing here waiting for my tech about my laptop and an older gentleman with an accent goes to the opposite window. A tech/rep comes out and was super rude to this old man. The man's appointment is in a few days and was asking if they have time to see him today. The tech says no, do we look like we have time now? Is your name on the screen, if not come back on your appointment time. We are short staffed due to covid and I'm about to go to lunch. I get y'all are frustrated and maybe overworked but that doesn't excuse you from being a decent person. The tech is Hispanic with glasses, black hair., about 5'8 in height or so, medium build. If you are this man's supervisor, you may need to retrain him on proper dialogue with a customer. How he responded to this old man was uncalled for. It doesn't cost to be polite or respectful."
