"Google should have no star option as this company does not deserve even single one. Stay away from them all cost, they are great with selling a product but standing behind is not their value. Installed a brand new A/C to replace the existing old unit in 2020, they were able to fool us with their add on product for air purifier system which were broken/malfunctioning half of the time we owned. Despite having annual maintenance package that cost $120 they love to find something wrong with the warranty covered parts and charge you labor to replace although they the one who did the work wrong causing the shortages or problems. Their favorite defense is things fail, nothing meant to last forever. But same part has to be replaced 3 times in 3 years? Last draw was asking to put 4 screws back for $190. Dishonest people with dishonest work practices. Be smart and go with a company that is well known and don't be fooled by the name ,local owned business. They are the worst in my opinion."

"They were the plumbing company contracted to have my house built by DR Horton. The toilet had a huge leak. my water bill came out to over $400. I called. No answer the first time. I attempted to "fix" it and only brought the water bill down to $180. I finally got in contact with them. They sent someone out to fix it. I have been trying to get a form to provide San Antonio Water System (SAWS) It took them months before I could get the letter. Also The woman who answers the phone, I think she is the owner or related to the owner because she has the same last name is very rude."

"I needed to replace a corrugated metal pipe on my water softener for a slow drip. I couldn't find the piece I needed at Lowes or Home Depot as everything is hard to get right now, so I called Christianson plumbing. It took 4 days for them to "fit me in". Then they charged me $245 to replace the tubing that probably cost $15 and were at my house less than 10 minutes. I feel they abused the situation so blatantly and unabashedly. I only called them at the recommendation of a friend. What a mistake! BEWARE AND GET AN ESTIMATE AHEAD OF TIME."
