"My Sears technician diagnosed my challenge immediately. Sadly they do not carry compressors on their trucks. The part (still under warranty) was shipped to me in less than a week. I did have to pay the labor upfront (Sears’ policy). They scheduled an appt to place the parts 3 business days later. He brought an assistant. They both wore shoe covers. They were efficient, professional, polite, and clean. Very pleasant to deal with."

"Earnest was great, but I would not suggest this service ever! I must say he really seems to know what he’s doing. Sears home service used to be amazing, but they seem to have outsourced absolutely everything. We will hold the accountable to finish this job but will never use them again under there current business model. There is no chance of speaking with an actual human. We lost an entire fridge and freezer because they kept delaying our service, and we have spent near $1,000 already."
