"My TV didn't arrive, despite text, email & phone calls that I was scheduled for the delivery. When I called and they forwarded me to someone who could find the invoice, they apologized for the oversight & said the employee had failed the HR as both test. I appreciate their safety measures but feel they didn't meet our agreement."

"Horrible Apple help!!!!! I shattered my Apple Watch I had for less than 6 months. I should have known better but I had a work trip the following week and was in a hurry to be seen. So I called Apple and they made the appt for me for the following day. After driving over an hour in the rain to get to the location I as welcome by my appt on the screen and an associate that knew my appt was for a cracked screen but that was where the helpfulness stopped. ( I had researched my watch and warranty and expected an out of warranty fee to replace the glass screen so I knew how this would possible go) instead the associate told me before I even opened my Apple box that I would have to pay FULL PRICE for a new one, I asked for assistance getting the watch band off he attempted while shattering the screen even more and walking in the back to discuss my product with others then returned and asked if I heard what his friend said, I hadn’t but it was to the tune of “the $229 our of warranty fee was NON REDUNDABLE, BASICALLY WOULDNT BE PUT TOWARDS My PRODUCT AND WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. He told me I should look at open stock and told me “oh yeah we have that watch in open stock” and called an associate to take me to the open stock which they DID NOT HAVE IN MY PRODUCT ... by that time my appt was closed and the line was long... such waste of time... waste of an associate... made an appt at the Apple bar and my screen is getting fixed."

"After I learned that appointments are now necessary since this Geek Squad location is now a Certified Apple Service Center, I had no problem scheduling the appointment. Even though there was a line, I was directed to a seat and checked-in because I had an appointment. While all of the agents were busy, I was next to be helped along with those others who also had appointments. I was very pleased with the experience."

"New policy, Geek Squad is now by appointment only. Translation : smaller staff because they're cheap, and customer gets stiffed. Never again. I couldn't even drop off a computer without an appointment, come back in three hours I was told. It took them less than five minutes to receive my device. Store manager Laura was no help, they know the deal and are ready to defend this greed based policy of profits over service."
