"Horrible experience at this store. 6 workers standing around a ladder and I ask for assistance .No offered to help us, needed a screen door for patio. Woman finally walked with me to aisle but had zero knowledge and said experts were only available between 8-5 to assist us. If you don't have enough workers or knowledgeable workers to assist customers, close the store. And the line at the customer service desk was out the door. We ended up leaving our items we were going to buy and walked out."

"Bought a grill from Home Depot Alamo Heights and had good service from everyone but Tony who helped load. Long story short, he didn't help secure the grill. He wanted us to leave it upright on its rollers, no securing. Laid it on its side, still no securing, and when I asked about scratches, he said, "That your problem" and walked away and didn't come back. So rude!! When you call Home Depot, you are put on hold you hear about safety and securing your merchandise for safe travels. I don't care if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on customers!! I will not be returning!"
"I can not thank the staff enough Ana was literally the take charge girl and got what we needed after another staff member only walked where he saw another model. She went into computer found it and had the refrigerator taken down for us. Ana thank you again for a memorable experience"
