"We spent about 2K for a Fridge, paid it off and took advantage of the 0% interest if paid within 6 months. We even got the extended warranty for several years. We were told no matter what, if the fridge went out, our unit would simply be replaced - no questions asked - WRONG. About two years later, the fridge went out. I thought, "hmm, no problem, we paid several extra hundreds of dollars for the extended warranty, so this shouldn't be an issue"...WRONG. The Conn's extended warranty required a tech to review and inspect the unit and they deemed it "not covered" and wouldn't repair or replace the fridge. So, if you are in the market for a fridge, and have the means to just spend a couple hundred upfront, you are better off buying something used or refurbished for a couple hundred and call it a day. "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE OR IN STORE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered what was supposed to have been a Christmas gift but no one from Conn's could tell me where my order was or any information on it. I started getting emails asking me how my products were when I hadn't even gotten them. I called 5 different numbers, no one wanted to help me. I had to as my daughter to help me with this since I wasn't getting anywhere an essentially had to ruin her gift. I call this store here on Friday 12/1/23 and the supposed "supervisor" was able to look up my account and he would call personally, never got a call back. Then on 12/3/23 the products magically show up and I no longer want them since I had to tell her what the products were. I called again to as how to exchange the item's and the SAME manager I spoke to acted as if he NEVER spoke to me and now is unable to look at my account."
