"AWFUL customer interaction from Heidi in self checkout. Supposedly, employees get this position because they are really good employees. Evidently, not good at customer interfacing. I asked Heidi to take off a security monitor off of an item I bought. She didn’t bother to acknowledge me, nor could she bring herself to say “thank you” or “have a good day”. Just really disgusting how these young kids want respect, more money for easy jobs AND YET don’t do ANYTHING TO EARN IT."
"Nice one! Like the new self checks. One question. If you have cameras on every person checking out, why can the customer scan their drivers license and you identify them? Seems that comparing a photo on an ID to a photo that you take with a camera would be pretty straightforward."
"Blocking an exit such as this is against fire codes and a significant danger in the event a mass evacuation is necessary. I've been to this Walmart twice recently, and the exit is BLOCKED."
"Service manager “Christian” was extremely rude. We were told a hour turn around time for a tire change. It took them 3 hrs before they even started on it. Not to mention I had to make a big deal 3 times with 3 different employees. Service manager has poor customer service skills."
