"This place is good to sell you whatever it is you need at a ridiculous price. The client not knowing thinking it all new, but in reality it's all refurbished furniture. I have a client who got bed bugs from the furniture she got from there. They not once acknowledge it and so she had to take them to civil court."

"Very upset with there customer service to the Max. We went in August 18th to order New beds 2 sets_ THE GIRL DESIREE checked everything and stated sure we can pick them up on Saturday the 26th. Tell me why we are new customers finally excited to get the beds . There sales manager tells us disappointed news. Oh no we gotta deliver till Tuesday. Like make us a priority as new customers since ur CSR messed up . Why make ur customers suffer for ur company mistakes. So now we got lucked out big time. Very disappointed with there customer service."

"Our brand new door was damaged during pick up in February. Our door has not been replaced as promised. I have waiting March for the purchase. I gave the store manager the door contact to purchase our door. Update June 21,2023 Our door was paid for by Aaron's! It comes in very soon."

"If I could so rate a 0 I would anyone can walk in the store with your Information and merchandise be released to them. This is very unprofessional as a business and they stated they don’t take copy of the ID. So basically you can be fraud with this company as it has happened to me and they excepted me to pay for the merchandise that was taken out. Not only one item was taken out 4 items had been taken out and at different times and days. This is not the only store that has allowed it as it has happened at another store as well. So unfortunately they just want to make a sale and not worry if your identity has been stolen. But when comes to collecting they sure want you to pay. Never again would I want to get any merchandise from them or recommend them. I have been to many other furniture places and this have never happened to me. Not satisfied at all"
