"I flew down here to help repair some things around my 90 year old Father's house. I came to this Lowes to purchase 3 2"X6"X12' treated boards and needed them cut into 9 4' boards. I put them on a cart and pushed them back to the saw where 4 associates were standing. I asked if they would cut the 3 boards into 3 equal lengths for me and was told that they cannot make more than 5 cuts for any customer! I said that I only need 6 cuts and that I have no way to cut the boards myself, but all 4 associates just kept talking and one of them repeated that they can only do 5 cuts. I called The Home Depot and asked them how many times they would cut a 2"X6"X12' and their associate just asked "how many times do you want it cut"? This is just one more reminder as to why I do NOT shop at Lowes!"

"Marissa was great, however I purchased LG top loading washer and dryer on 12/17. It was installed yesterday, 12/18. The washer is not level and shook during spin cycle today, 12/19. Called Marissa she said I had to go through the fulfillment center which they contract out to. The fulfillment center will give me a call within 72 hours to schedule someone coming to fix it!!! If I had known this I probably would not have purchased them. Very disappointed. The dryer was not installed with clamps, they used the old duct tape that had been there 10.5 years. Hot air filled the laundry room. These two installers should be fired. The fulfillment Center called, they are coming 12/21. I had specifically asked for an 8-12 appt. because I have a dentist appt., in the afternoon. I get a text today, saying they are coming between 12-4. What a horrible experience Lowe's has been."
