"0 stars if possible!! I have been renting to own at this location for over 2yrs, paid off multiple stuff, but recently this new manager called Chris, who clearly has 0 people skills and God knows how got a management position, made me mad to the point where I cancelled a order of a 3K couch. My story is: I ordered a couch IN STORE that was promised to be delivered the same week. When the delivery day comes, the delivery guy looks at me door and says the couch wont fit. Me, from work, got a call from that delivery guy saying “next time try to measure your door and the couch” ???? When I was in store the person was more than happy to sell me the couch, with no mention whatsoever of measurements, KNOWING I live in a apartment complex. So that same day I went in store again to speak with management and this dude, Chris, told me that as a customer I just see something pretty that I want but dont think of logistics, really? Is that how you talk to all of your customers or just the woman you feel intimidated by? I then picked a new couch, and was advised that I’d get a call later that day once they called other stores to let me know if any other store had the couch in, since I have been waiting for A COUCH for a week by this point. Well, no call back was done so the following day I called them back and the same boy (Chris, you are a boy trapped in a man’s body), and he treated me again horribly and act like I agreed to wait ANOTHER WEEK to get my couch deliver when that was NOT the agreement AT ALL. He then asked me for 30 min to look into it, 1hr go by and NO CALL. I then call back and he acts like he was just going to call me (just an FYI I work in customer service so I know when someone is bullying me to do give up on my quest) , he then goes on to say the couch can only be delivered in a week. I bet he didnt even try to call other stores… anyways, now I have no couch, a headache for dealing with stupid boy like him, and pissed off I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I am definitely going to a different Aarons location (because in the 2yrs I’ve rented to own, I’ve never had issues with billing) before this “manager” came around. Please fire chris and promote Stacey. She deserves the job much better. That woman was so nice in explaining the issue with the couch, helping us find a new one and then listening to me vent after being bully by her boss. Aarons - do better on your background checks. It’s not because they are blond with blue eyes that they are smart. Make sure to find someone with people’s skills if you want to do business with anyone."

"No stars. If possible. After lossing job due to hospital closing down. We were unable to make a few payments.after talking with their debt collection we explained our situation and we have them a day we could make a payment. They continued to call everyday multiple times. And us explaing again that we gave a date when payment would be made. And they continued to harass payment that day. Then Saturday morning at 8 am my ring door bell is going off it's a Aarons employee. So after him continuing to knock on the door for more the 5 minutes. I arrived home and told him where I told him the person on the contract was not home he proceeded to get angry and told me that I looked like the type of person that does not pay my bill I'm not sure if he meant that in a racial way or what way he meant it but just poor customer service all the way around totally"

"THIS LOCATION STEALS MONEY!!!!. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM MY CARD!!!! And for different amounts first one 200$ second one 163$ and now 193$. They took it upon themselves to keep my card on file, set up autopay. And take what they feel. Please.dont get scammed with these people. I told them to give me back my money and they said when they talk to the account holder they would refund it. They spoke with the account holder. They even retrieved they inventory on file and still completed the transaction for THE ACCOUNT I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH!!!!! Worst people to do business with. once again... I do not have an account with Aaron's and they continue to take my money!!!!!"

"Oh I also record it the conversation because you definitely need to have proved when you are dealing with dirty liars okay it's scammers and it's a liars and they are too no good so real always record conversations if you can so I actually have him telling me that he needs only family as references obviously this is Rachel profiling me in discrimination because I am black and he just doesn't believe me worth the damn I'm a don't have no problem getting him I income information proof of that but I've already given to references of perfectly good references ........Hello im haveing to deal with racest disremination at Aaron Leon Valley Shopping Center, 6935 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX 78238. Now i walk in having done my application online but it has not go to the store yet they are trying to get me to redo another application to get a used tv i said ill wait for the new one because im doing same as cash and i was appoved online..... But when i get to store i have to deal with disremination racial profiling everything you took my money feom my card online and sent me a contract now i should file a law suit on this company and get other to join me I made this sheert to show im not faded by your game here if i had waited id never need more refferansec he told me i cant do this unless i have two more reff from family memebrs and i dnt have and my mother and father died i told him he said well im not going to be able to do this no notheing i understand getting my income info but to tell me i need this reff. is insulting cuz i have no family and that really hurt me. People ar born with out parents to dru users and did not ask to b in this worl now all the different referances thti acceptable on the oline aplication can take he want family only i gave two for the online applcation and was appoved now hey see im black an they need more reff. For what they took my money online said wait 5 to 7 day for the product to be delivered and i made a mistake by oing into the stor first to check if the tv was there so i could take it home. Im about to i will be wearing this shirt in 6 flags and walking up and down the street it really shows the evil and what Aarons is about to the customers now. Nothing but lies I hope i deliver the final blow to Aarons for this man is heartless evil dude racest and I over herd him saying after he looked at me yea he dont make that much what a profiling recest prick and im about to be the thorn i promise i will wear this shirt ad have more made and watch your stores close one by one for this taking my money online and lieing about it. The shirt will have online appoved and show my application going to the store then in red, racial racest profiling denied. ok so thanks you its time to pull out now. If i have been billed and sent a contract why am i dealing with the racial profiling and need two more referances to be famiky members when iv been appoved online"
