"We had a tv installed with a full motion wall mount in December. This mount only has a center bracket on the tv so when it was installed it has a lot of motion if you were to pull it away from the wall. I figured this would be fine since I don't need to move the tv. Then after about a month and half the mount just tilted the tv up towards the celling. I would tilt it down but it just keeps facing the celling so I had to put a box behind it just to keep it facing down. I called the store and they were going to have the installers call to come back out. I waited a day and I called back and now I am being told that I have to fix it myself. I won't be recommending them for any future purchases."

"The blind leading the blind. Approached by inexperienced sales person. Asked for supervisor. Gentlemen approached us not realizing this was a floor supervisor only because he didn't introduce himself as a floor supervisor. Making this first expression less than "WOW experience" that all potential customers should receive. As we walked away, the floor supervisor advised (supposed more experienced salesman) to let us go instead of doing whatever is necessary to change a bad experience to WOW one."

"Google maps showed free delivery. NOT true. (Quoted @ $200!) Somewhat limited selection (looking for a sectional couch). Assured, if paid by 5pm, next day delivery, will happen. NOT True, told that due to our location a choice of two days is only available. OK, but after providing personal info, and coming back w/in a week's time (to pay fully); wasn't notified of this policy until the payment was made. This was the final straw, and requested a total refund. Took approximately an hour, of standing around waiting for the Mgr to complete this task. Overall experience was disappointing."

"This place is great and Kim Sanchez is amazing! She helped me get approved quick and easy. The entire process was Hassel free and I got myself a Nice 65" Samsung TV, Sound bar with sub, and a game table with monthly payment under $160.00."
