"Purchased new refrigerator from them this morning. They delivered and installed same day, and removed my old one. Both owner and his assistant were courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. I recommend them highly."
"They kept telling me I had to fix the lint vent. I did. Cleaned it out. Had to twist arms to get him back. then the lint vent wasn't big enough. He said it was 3", needed to be 4". Then why did my old dryer work? Why didn't he mention it when he said it needed cleaning? It was the same size then. Insisted he was telling me for my own good. I don't have the money. Kicked him out. I have no interest in dealing with repairmen who don't make a lick of sense. Next time, I check with the BBB. Typical Texans."
"I tried to DIY/fix my dryer; luckily I contacted A Used Appliance and learned they do repairs. The repair was done quickly and priced reasonably, MUCH cheaper than buying new and my 9 year old dryer sounds good as new. He even suggested which brands/types to avoid in the future. Would highly recommend them."
"Never showed up after told would go the following day Edit after reviewing owners response **Initial appointment owner never called or showed up Second appointment never called when they said they would Third appointment, we had not heard anything so I texted the owner and asked if he had reached out to my client. He had not so he called the client shortly after. My client did not answer. I immediately responded that I would call the client and when are you going to go out there. Owner stated that he would have to go out there the next day. Mind you this is after two failed attempts. I receive I’m busy. I have lots of people blah blah blah. That’s good and fine but when you don’t show up the first two times and don’t do what you say you’re going to do that reflects poorly upon me with my client. It’s simple we won’t use this company. But let’s not lie on a public platform about what really happened."
"Service was quick and friendly. Stopped by the shop off Bandera road, they had a good selection of appliances at great prices. Spoke to Rohan and scheduled a delivery for the next day. He arrived as scheduled and even went the extra mile to show me what had caused the issue that led to my drier breaking. He even cleaned out the vents, and recut the drier tube. Great service would definitely recommend stopping by and checking the store out if you want a used appliance for a good price!"
