"I bought a Sony headset for $150.00. 16 days later they started to act up not being able to understand what was being said because of the garble. I shut them off and restarted them and they were fine. A couple of days later they did it again and continued to do so. So I brought them back to Best Buy with in thirty days. I was not able to return them because it had been more than 14 days!!! I had to buy a $50 membership to be able to return them!!!! I will never ship at Best Buy again. This shows the quality of their products and they know it!! Amazon only from now on ."

"Employees at this location are careless about customers. Went to do an exchange after the employee who I placed the order with gave me the incorrect delivery date. The second employee who did the return placed a new order for the same item. However, once the item arrives at my house, I find out the best buy employee placed the order for the same item but a different color. They are just awful and just do not care. I ended up ordering the item from Amazon with no problems."

"The staff is ready to go! What made me love this store even more was the accommodation of me and my pup. They allowed her to come in, you know as long as she's potty trained and kept close by me. Not a problem They made purchasing a TV a breeze. Will be back!"

"I followed Apple support advice to attend an appointment at Best Buy for watch repair. Support tech made the appointment for the following day. In the morning, I received a call from Best Buy saying the phone needed replacement and would have to be ordered which would take 2 weeks. Alternatively he said I could go directly to the Apple Store where they would most likely replace it on the spot. I went to the Apple Store and it was replaced immediately; I was very pleased. I did have to travel 4 X the distance but I had my watch on the day. I’m happy the Best Buy rep gave me an option it’s just unfortunate they didn’t have stock available."
