"These guys know what they are doing BUT MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU IF THE FINAL PRICE CHANGES during the assembling process. I took my bicycle to be assembled and they quoted it for $150 like a regular tune-up. Surprise surprise when I went to pick it up the final price was $313. They argued that it was more difficult than they anticipated and it took them a bit longer to assemble."

"I’ve been in three times now and have gotten great service every time. I bought shoes and pedals and went back in for help. They put my pedals on quickly while I waited. I went in another time with questions and they helped fix things in the shop and taught me some things about my bike. When I tried to schedule a tune-up, he checked my bike out and said it didn’t really need one, but instead recommended a simpler fix. I appreciated how attentive and prompt they were. I’ll definitely be back."

"Pretty bad customer service. I love supporting local business but the person who helped me didn’t listen to my problem and kept explaining a different thing than what I was worried about. I needed a new chainring but was confused about how to pick the best size for me and they kept explaining what a rear derailleur was. They interrupted me, they were weirdly loud (almost shouting), and unpleasant the whole time. They got frustrated when I said I just needed a chainring and wrote me off by saying “we probably don’t have it”. I was so glad to get out of there. I wouldn’t recommend this store unless you’re an absolute pro and know you like an elitist environment. It’s a shame because we needed some other supplies as well. I’m looking forward to trying some other local bike stores : )"

"Took my Trek in to switch front wheels, said it would take a day or two, called 3 days later and they said it would take a day or two, just called 2 days later….still not done…..said it will take a day or two…..can’t wait to see the quality……in a day or two…. Update - Picked up my bike finally, and the quality was good. Now they just need to manage customer expectations."

"Dropped of my bike back in may because I had broken it on a trail that day and I knew how long the wait times where. One of the biggest things that made me mad was in the three months that they had my bike they didn’t even wash it off once like a normal bike shop would this is partly my fault but still that’s not all. I’m 17 and although I’m paying my mother back for it I put my mothers car down expecting close to or under 300 dollars. Instead I got a bill for 400 and 3 months of wait. I’d use a different bike shop as they lie. This job took two extra months and 100 extra dollars the qualities fairly decent but lying to your customers is definitely not OK!"
