"I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I feel like someone needs to stand up for this stranger… yesterday I was standing in the checkout line behind this young woman. All of a sudden the cashier (her name tag said Amy) just started yelling and berating her about a coupon?? From my view, the customer wasn’t doing anything or saying anything hostile, but Amy kept making rude comments the entire time she was standing there. I could tell everyone else in line felt uncomfortable. I actually put my things back and left before I reached the cashier. I hope that person had a better day after that interaction and maybe Amy needs a nap…"
"OMG! Went into the store to kill time until meeting a friend for dinner. Found 1 skirt for $3.97 and another for $4.97. Then I found 2 pairs of jeans for $5.97 each. Clearance prices are incredible!"
"No one was attending the buy-on-line pickup-in-store kiosk, so had to wait in the checkout line. CSR helped to get an attendant. CSR at kiosk insisted I had to wait in the checkout line AGAIN. I complied - manager was receptive to my feedback that additional training was needed. What should have been a 5 minute stop turned in to 3x that."
