"ordered alcove shower kits online twice: the first job the order came on 2 seperate days and the wall kit was busted. This most recent one was to be delivered yesterday, it wasn't, I called the store today at 1 and was told it shows being delivered yet I never received any notification of its delivery so wasn't there to receive it. My customer brought it in so it (hopefully) didn't get damaged in the high winds. NEVER AGAIN!"

"The best home depot in the region. Everyone here are alway nice and friendly. I practically visit home depot everyday for paint, drywall, plumbing, and everything in between. I alway get what i need and if anything is out of stock Fred will come to the rescue to get it back in stock and also makes sure that it stays in stock. I would like to give him a special shoutout from all the guys at the pro desk. They are great but in my opinion Fred goes above and beyond for my business needs. He is a valuable asset to home depot, celebrate him and the pro desk guys. He is alway taking care of what my business need for example ordering ahead of time because he know the item/products we use so he can be ready for when we come in to make large orders like doors, paint, drywall, breakers, vanity, and the list go on and on & on. "Came in looking for a fan tonight. Apparently it’s not in season anymore and it was hard to find one. I came in asking for one and Miss Shante up front in the customer service desk went out of her way helping me find the exact one. Instead of telling me where to look she came with me until we found the exact one I was looking for. Really appreciate her exemplar customer service!!! If management is reading this she needs a BONUS!!"

"Interestingly, I’m giving Home Depot five stars in spite of the fact that they didn’t have the item that I wanted and their website said they had the item I wanted. The stars are awarded specifically on the merits of Home Depot employees that I encountered. So often, we go to large chain stores and have grown accustomed to mediocre or poor customer service…that want my experience. As I walked in, an employee in the parking lot that was helping to load cars offered me direction…she knew the answer and offered it. The clerk in the garden center pointed me right at the the bin where my item (usually) was…she knew the exact isle and location. The clerk paged a garden center employee to assist me, and he showed up in less than a minute, even though he was assigned to another area…and he knew they were out of stock and offered an alternative. Inventory counts can be off… That is simply a clerical error, but the team at Home Depot made the experience worth the trip."

"We have been remodeling our house nearby and had lots of problems with getting them to cut drywall and Wood for us to fit in our car. I usually send my wife there because she’s quite attractive and the men will actually cut things for her. I asked to associates today to cut wood for me and they walked away. You can see the results of me trying to in desperation load this into my car The manager’s response was I should’ve ordered online. I don’t wanna order online. I don’t want self checkouts either. It’s all stupid it takes away jobs. You need to offer people to cut down products that are larger than will fit in their vehicle or safely to load because people will get injured ."
