"Went on a super busy day last week (the line was almost out of the door) and even though it was a stressful day for all the employees, the customer service was great! Serena was so helpful and very respectful and kind! I usually go to the Keystone Lululemon, but after going to this location I will be coming here from now on! Thankful for the great customer service from Serena- it makes the experience much better and the long lines worth it!"

"Poor customer service! I will not return to this Lululemon ever. I brought back a pair of "align flared pants" that were a gift and totally miss sized. I'm typically a 2. My friend bought me a 4, and they were too small. They are a current style and the young ladies at the front refused to let me exchange them even though they have a "quality promise" at Lululemon. I spoke to the one girl at the front who refused to exchange them. I asked for someone else, and she, too, refused to exchange them. I have their names, but I will omit them to be nice. I am very disappointed in this Lululemon at Clay Terrace and will be informing all of my friends to not visit this location as they do not stand behind their quality promise. They were difficult to deal with and not the attitude and service I would have expected from Lululemon. The pants were only a month old and because I didn't have a receipt they both refused to help me. No...this is OUT for me. Sad that this location has poor customer service and is extremely difficult to deal with and not out for the customer to stand behind their promises. The waist on the size 4 looked like a size 0. Ridiculous they would not stand behind the product!!! Update. I heard the GM was out on maternity leave so the "mgrs' on duty were obviously trying to exert their authority. They were difficult to deal with and certainly didn't stand behind their quality promise. I will not visit this location again. Most LLL's stand behind their quality promise. Not Clay Terrace."

"14 minutes to check out one person who bought around 5 items. 2 people were working register. When my turn came the other register worker left to go chat with another worker. 4 other workers standing in store not doing anything as I waited. The entire time. All I wanted was a gift card. Took 20 seconds and not one person would move from their chatting station. Absolute garbage customer service."
