"Lived with them for 3 years. Maintenance can't be had for love or money; stuff just stays broken. And no one will answer the phone in the office or return calls. Cheap, but barely worth it."
"My roommate and I were supposed to move in today. We’ve had an apartment reserved close to a month at this point, and have called them multiple times a week through this process to make sure we were getting all of our paperwork in and were ready to move in. We show up today to sign the lease and we are told that the lady in charge of our account quit and deleted all of our information. Mind you, we paid $170 already for the application fees and the hold. They tell us that the apartment we were supposed to be renting is now on a hold for someone else, and tries getting us to get an apartment that cost $150 more a month. They told us that it was all they could do at the moment and they couldn’t get ahold of the office manager. We are still waiting to hear back from them."
"Maintenancee team seems knowledgeable. They are very respectful when coming into your home. They also communicate the issues with you and if they need to follow up on the issue or not. Also they worked with me on rent when I couldn't make it on time!"
"Haven't had any issues since we got new management about a year ago. Never had and issue with the office staff. I've referred multiple to move her. Great prices too!"
"Called the office for a work order in the beginning of July to get our kitchen sink fixed called maintenance and still have yet to have someone come over to fix anything. Keep in mind I have to two children and it's been really freaking fustrating cause I can barely cook or do any dishes."
