"The people that manage the apartments will harass you everyday by consistently knocking on your door. They go through your apartment while you aren't there. You don't get your deposit back because they supposedly invest it in a maid service for when you move but when you move in you will have to clean and remove some of previous tenants' stuff. It's a very small apartment and small parking lot. The people that manage it sneak up on you in the middle of the night and nose around if you ever have company. Just look somewhere else. I wish I never moved here."
"The apartment itself is great, but the price and experience isn't. The apartment is on the smaller end but feels just right for a couple or 1 person. It's on the higher end for It's size, going for 575$ a month while Water is included. The experience? You Never get the landlords number, just the people who care for it for the landlord, they live directly across the street. The maintenance is great, any problems will be taken care of in a timely manner BUT that is until we found mold all over the apartment, We notified the caregivers and they gave us till the end of the day to move everything out or we wouldn't be given our money for the rent back for the month. We had 8 hours to do so. After doing so and now homeless, they mocked my girlfriend and said some other crude things towards my Girlfriend and I. They never reimbursed us for the damages done to our furniture and never got us a temporary place to stay. They wouldn't even let us move back in after the cleaning process. WHY? Because they rented the apartment to someone else in less then 4 days (they told us it would take a month to clean up the mold) They rented a moldy apartment to someone else and even let them take our moldy furniture from the dumpsters and put into their apartment. I'm sure the other couple dosen't realize that the furniture was thrown out for mold nor was the apartment filled with it (Because they paint over it and wiped down the walls),I wouldnt recommend living here. The apartment next to it told us that they clean their mold weekly and every single apartment has mold. So I would never recommend to live here, our 4 months was Great till the mold of the century."
