"I rented a double queen, the room is rather small, however it is very nice. The price is reasonable as well. The front desk employee advised me to book online and saved me 20$ off the Best Western site price. They also allowed me to check in an hour and a half early with no hesitation. This was of course on a weekend where they had several rooms available, so this may be unique to my experience. Overall, I would say that this is a good place to stay. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Also a Waffle House is next door so that's always a plus!!"

"great experience for us! room was what you expect a $80 room to be. most important to us was dog friendly, pet fee was only $20 which is super affordable. BREAKFAST WAS ACTUALLY DECENT! muffins were fresh, eggs were good and sausage was good too. they have a waffle maker and a very nice automatic coffee machine that makes cappuccino/expresso/flat white by the push of a button! I would stay here again. great experience with all staff. floors were dirty but everything else was clean!"

"If I could give this place a negative star review I would. How this establishment is able to function under the Best Western banner is an absolute shock to me. Quite possibly the worst hotel experience ever. First off I was not greeted by a friendly hello, how can I help you, but an empty check in desk with someone around a corner having a personal conversation with someone else while I just stood there, until realizing I was there. No mention of breakfast, no layout of the property, really not much conversation at all and especially no explanation as to why there were tents set up in the parking lot and it being completely packed with cars already. Found out later after complaining about the noise that apparently the owners of the property were having a wedding or some kind of celebration, which of course wasn’t mentioned at time of booking, months in advance. Mind you this is an older motel style establishment, not a resort, banquet facility, restaurant, hotel or conference center. It’s a long narrow corridor layout, with only one way in and one way out. Just trying to find parking was a real hassle, especially for someone who booked a handicap room and had to park pretty far away, but the amount of noise, people coming and going, doors slamming and overall lack of respect for paying guests throughout the night was very obnoxious and rude. To top it all off the room was dirty, I don’t think the bathroom floor had been swept in days, the floor was sticky and dirty, hair on the bed, hair on the couch, the towels were stained, the sheets were ripped, the bed was squeaky, again absolutely no attention to detail or the quality of stay I expect from the Best Western brand. Given the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the room, I wasn’t even gonna attempt to eat any food this place prepares. We packed up before the sun was even up as we were more than ready to leave. At checkout, again nobody even asked how our stay was.The location is fine, actually lots of restaurants, gas and amenities close by, but I would never recommend you stay at here."

"I never write bad reviews, but this time I had too. My brother was exhausted from driving and he didn't want to try another hotel. True we agreed to the higher rate ($130 ea for 2 rooms) because it was after Midnight. We should've asked to see the rooms first -- our mistake. The first thing that hit me was the smell when I walked in my room. It was a sickly combination of mildew (think wet towels left sitting in the washer far too long) and a strong chemical cleaner smell. The bedspread had dirt marks on it that looked like dirty shoe bottom marks. I pulled back the linens and there were stains that I couldn't determine whether they were old or new, and the blanket looked worn and questionable. Mind you, the check-in lady was very nice - hence the extra stars, which we appreciate. Apparently the male owner was quite rude when my brother checked us out in the morning (I didn't go in). The linens on the second bed in my room weren't much better. I washed my hands at the sink and one of the wash clothes hanging over the towel had makeup smudges on it. The bathroom was very clean -- I'll give them that. I'm glad I had my own pillow in the car. I brought it in, cranked up the heat, and slept uncomfortably on top of the top sheet in my clothes because I wasn't confident about the linens. Stay elsewhere. You can do better."
