"We ended up stopping at this hotel due to a winter storm on our drive home after getting off a cruise in Florida. We made it to Cullman just as the weather started getting bad. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel was very nice and new, and the room was very spacious and clean. We only needed to stay one night, but this hotel would definitely be great for a longer stay. The staff even called us an hour or so after we checked out to be sure we were able to get on the road home before turning our room over. It was incredibly thoughtful."

"I was passing through Cullman Jan 15 - not expecting to stop - but Mother Nature had other plans. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and accommodating. We remained for two nights. I could not have picked a nicer hotel to sit out the bad weather - from the comfortable and cozy suite, to the friendly ladies at the front desk who were on long shifts, to the gentleman preparing breakfast, to the nice woman and gentleman mopping the lobby. Thank you for what could have been miserable a very nice stay."

"Immaculately clean hotel with a super friendly staff. This place is huge I would best describe it as an oasis in Cullman Alabama. I'm a diamond member and I stayed at Home 2 Suites all over the country and this one is the best one so far. The lobby is beautiful with a lot of space to work, relax or even doze off. The tv has to be 80 to 100 inches it was massive but a pleasure to be able to hear the weather conditions. The exercise room is huge as well everything is high ceilings the people that built this hotel definitely get it that space is also luxury the rooms are super big every amenity you can possibly need all you have to do is bring your toothbrush LOL This place looks like it's being managed very well the cleaning staff is very motivated very diligent and pay attention to detail. Even the pool looked inviting but it's January so wasn't going to do that but I would definitely look forward to staying here when it gets warmer! I highly recommend this hotel nothing comes close in the area! Thanks once again for the upgrade!"

"I received the BEST customer service!! From my check in and throughout my first week, Chip has been amazing. He has been extremely helpful during my stay and seeing to my particular needs. I was worried at first since my job made the reservation and not myself. But it turned out to be great!! Chip’s people connection as what prompted me to write this review. I hope everyone that visits gets to experience his level of customer service!! Comfortable rooms, spacious and clean!! The nightly fire pit on these bricks nights is beautiful!"
