"Rooms were in need of repairs. The door had holes in it from the inside. The chairs were dirty and torn. The table was dirty. On the positive side. There were no bugs"

"Things arent as bad as it used to be, from what I'm told. There has been work done in the plumbing and electrical. Wifi still not great and cable well, I'll leave that alone, but they have exterminator regularly. As far as the out dated rooms, personally I would love to see it repainted and more colorful. The family owned place are very nice people and are trying to improve things along. It's quiet and safe. Not a lot of night time activity at all unlike what I've been told there was before. So, don't totally knock the place, it's a work in progress."
"Managers super nice. Always asking if we need anything. Room was clean. Very nice . Stayed 1 week. Nice and quiet there. Great location. They are fixing things up. Only complaint is last 3 nights we started seeing roaches."
