"DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are nasty! Not only were there YELLOW spotted stains on the covers. They would not refund my last night once I found out and saw this and wanted to leave. The towels felt old and worn out along with dirty as well. They need better washing machines. The guy at the front lied and wlkept dating he would give my money back, but to call expedia and neither really helped. Even after getting insurance. Do not stay. I'm serious. It's nasty and not worth giving the time or money. There are other hotels I have stayed at that are way nicer and are much more accommodating."

"We have stayed here often over the last four or five years and we’re pleased when the hotel was updated recently… It really needed to be updated. Our last few stays, the people at the front desk have not been as good as they have in the past but overall we felt that it was a good place to stay. However, for some reason the rate went up… it was $136 for the two of us for one night this time and I thought that was pretty steep for this class of hotel. I was hopeful that maybe the room was extra nice, but I was pretty disappointed. The toilet did not flush very well, the hot water took forever to get there, and wasn’t very hot, it had a really weird door in the bathroom on the little room, where the toilet was, that would not open all the way in infringed on where you stood at the sink to where you couldn’t even stand comfortably at the sink, and certainly more than one person could not stand at the sink counter at the same time it was very awkward and with the door open you couldn’t even reach the hairdryer. There was not adequate airflow in the little toilet room if you closed the door all the time, and it was very tiny. The finish work in the carpet and trim was very very poorly done and raggedy. There were no trash liners in the cans. at least this time we had more than one washrag, which was better than our last visit. And I did notice that the pillows were much nicer than our last visit… They were much improved. The beds were nice. I felt like the room was fairly clean except for the carpeting. It was clear that the carpeting was not clean. I was disappointed with this visit compared to previous visits, and the quality for what we paid was definitely not there. If this happens again, we will definitely start staying somewhere else. I did not see any bedbugs, and have never seen any evidence of them there, even though I have inspected every time I’ve been at this hotel… Probably 20 visits… But I see here in another review that there has apparently been a problem at some point in the past I don’t like seeing that either. I’ll be sure and inspect every time I’m disappointed to see the rate go up and the quality go down and I didn’t like the quality of the personnel going down. It makes me feel less safe. Also, when I went to check out, the man at the front desk took off out the front door when he saw me coming and just didn’t come back. I waited about 10 minutes and then I went out to look for him, but he was nowhere to be found. I looked around and still couldn’t find anybody so I just left the keys and hoped for the best… Sad way to run a business and it used to be so good. Not sure what happened here, but it isn’t good like it used to be."

"The only saving grace about my experience at this location is the employees at the front desk. Mold on the ceiling covered by what looked like masking tape. I work nights and expected some noise during my days trying to sleep but that wasn’t the case. It was a lot of slamming doors and carrying on from the housekeepers and what I’m sure was children. Just outside my room. I complained on more than one occasion to no avail. Some days my options were cold shower or no shower. If you can afford to go some where else I would"

"Stayed here for Awhile. Only 2 of the staff were nice. The rest of them are super rude especially the head house keeper. Rooms weren’t as good as other sleep inns I’ve been too. The room smelled slightly moldy. They clean horribly. Restroom had some mold in the shower. And did I not mention a bed bug problem. They seemed to have addressed it. But boy was that a scare. Overall it’s better than a motel 6 that’s for sure, that’s being nice."

"Stayed 1 night. Front desk lady very pleasant and helpful. Room was small but clean, beds comfortable. Wish they had Kleenex though. Breakfast was so so at best. Our room was $111 w/taxes BUT we paid $109 per night at Daytona Speedway Marriott which was absolutely better! So, Sleep Inn is overpriced IMHO"
