"Right off of the highway. A lot of food options right in the hotel parking lot and plenty of gas and car washes around. Breakfast was plentiful and hot! Room was nice and quiet. Was able to use digital key so it was quick and convenient to come in and head right to the room. Would stay again."
"The rooms were very clean, and the location was excellent - right off the highway! Normally, we stay at a Hilton in downtown Birmingham, Alabama but we found this location to be more convenient and the rooms were cleaner. Kudos to Cyndee at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. Hilton has moved to a new system and still has some bugs to work out which slowed down the process of checking-in. However, Cyndee stayed cool and professional - everyone in line seemed to get it and understood the situation. We certainly plan to stay at this location again! Thanks, Cyndee for making this a wonderful experience!!!"
"Snowbirding from Florida to Indiana. Great hotel to find. Night lady staff incredible! Spent considerable time checking rooms to find accommodations for handicapped family member. Made suggestions for dinner; especially kind and welcoming. Morning staff equally kind and helpful. I think we just found our new stopping spot."
"We stayed two different times. The 16th and the 20th of December 2023 just an over night passing through. Hotel is older but clean and NO BUGS. Beds are decent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast eh.. nothing to write home about. The location is rather confusing to get in to. But there are signs for it. It sits back behind the Logan’s Roadhouse We were in room 306 each time. The only thing was the bathroom door didn’t stay open alone. Had to put bath mat in front of it . Also just so ya know in this room there are three different light switch type on the desk and night stand lamps and twist one, a push one and a toggle type. We would recommend this hotel we will stay again"
"We really enjoyed this hotel. I am Lifetime Diamond status with Hilton Honors and have stayed at hundreds of properties over the years. The Cullman Hampton Inn was outstanding. It was nicely renovated and in a great location, walking distance from three great restaurants. It was very quiet and plenty of parking g for our truck and 40’ trailer. The staff were very helpful. We will plan our future travels through the area around staying at the Cullman Hampton Inn."
