"Would never return to this place. Updated room, but older property. Couldn't understand the desk clerks english. Weren't allowed extra night and the police were called. Would give NEGATIVE STARS if possible."

"Super clean motel. Friendly staff. Plus Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree are around the corner, and Cracker Barrel is across the highway, so it's a prime location! If you're visiting Huntsville and Birmingham, this Quality Inn is highly recommended!"

"We stayed at Quality Inn Cullman, AL a little over a week ago. We reserved our room with one card being told it would not be charged, when we arrived to the hotel we gave them another card for them to charge the room to not knowing they had already charged the first card over $800 (our room total was $679) then proceeded to charge the second card the correct amount of $679. So at this point we spent over $1400 - we were told it would be refunded, here we are today and the first card has been refunded except for a charge of $109. When speaking with hotel staff they speak over you, disrespectful, not listening to your concerns and fail to admit any wrong doing. The room was disgusting, our linens were stained with paint. I was very disappointed in this experience and will not be visiting again and ask other guest to be wary of what they charge you."

"Do not stay here.......Room 121 smells moldy. Sheet doesn't fit on bed. Stains on pillow cases. Bed makes horrible loud noise when you move. Broken outlet cover. Lamp shades are full of dust..Need a good cleaning. Garbage in parking lot. The place feels like a nasty old motel. :( I would go someone else but all hotels are booked. The mattresses is very very uncomfortable. Customer from 216 was in lobby also said it was not good for them as well."

"1st room we checked into had hair, and lint on 1 bed and hair lint and pizza sauce on the other. Called the front desk, and they gave me another room 2 doors down. The lady was very nice about it. In the morning, I went to get breakfast and the gravy for the biscuits was in a slow cooker, with about 2 inches of gravy left, and a burnt ring of gravy around the bottom. Looks like it was several days old and they didn't stir it, just reheated it by the way it was burnt and dry making a ring around the bottom. Not a big deal because Dennys is across the street. But then, 830 housekeeping started knocking. I told them I was sleeping. About 1 hour later a tall man with glasses knocks and asks if I am checking out. I told him yes, at 11am. This was around 930. Then another 20 mins later someone else knocks, and I open the door, the same guy is standing with a lady and says , oh sorry. Then at 1030 the man with glasses knocks again, to tell me to leave the door open when we leave. 4 times I was bothered with a do not disturb sign on the door. Will not return. I had the room till 11 and they were trying to run me and my 3 kids off."
