"I had used Seven Corners before and had a stellar experience so I'm using them again. It started with a really good experience then I had a rough patch. When I experienced this I called customer support and Kiana was over the top helpful. My bad that I didn't realize she had helped me at first but she did it again and I was so appreciative. These guys have been wonderful to work with. Every company has it's glitches. I recommend them. I will say I haven't had to use their services yet and hope not to, as crazy at that sounds, I believe that the service will be great if I do."

"I have just bought travel insurance from seven corners, and I can only speak to the buying service experience for now, which is pretty pleasant and helpful, in terms of explaining info to me and taking the time to answer my questions. About ten days after getting the policy, I needed to make changes in regards to the countries I would be going to; and staff, from the original agent (Violetta) to the customer service agent, Sandy, both were helpful and responded promptly to my request of change. I do appreciate their help, as this alleviates stress in my travel planning. Thank you, Violetta and Sandy."

"With all flights cancelled out of Saint Thomas i was surprised that if you had to stay another night even with weather they would cover up to $600 I supplied all documents 3 times to them credit cards screen captures etc hard copies. They keep sending the same email over and over we need the same thing i sent them. If you give up they love it !!!! Not worth the $369 Will not use again would not recommend I’m certain that this form of business is taught and used denied denied denied. Remember that movie? In regards to your response below THREE times was enough."

Constant communication on the process and guiding to what we needed to get the guarantee to get out of the hospital and coordination of driver and flights to get out of the country. "I highly recommend this Travel Insurance, based on my last experience. I had purchased Travel Insurance for a 40-day birding tour in Peru. This tour had to be re-scheduled several times, due to a variety of reasons (i.e., emergency declaration by Peruvian President, serious accident to our tour guide, etc.) When I requested that the insurance be used to cover the new dates, I had exceeded the 24-month period (from date of purchase), and was denied. This is a reasonable rule in the industry. Unfortunately, I would have taken a huge financial hit. The Agent managed to have the Management Team grant me an exception. What a huge relief that was. I am forever thankful to have him as my spoke man. He did not need to step in! I have purchased several policies from Seven Corners and had never had to "put them to the test". This experience has convinced me that I will continue to do business with them. Their Customer Service deserves an A+ and this Seven Corners Agent gets a huge "thank you" from my spouse and me."
