"Have gone to Best One in Carmel multiple times over the last few months for a variety of repairs & service. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, & transparent on process, repairs, & price. They do quality work with quality parts & taking the extra steps to make sure you are satisfied is second nature to everyone at Best One. If they can do the work - they will on both of my cars. The most recent repair was a break line. I used Miller towing, BO folks suggested as a reliable company, Miller was fantastic! Break line was repaired quickly for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Best One in Carmel. They are phenomenal!!!"
"I took my car to Best-One in the morning recently without having made an appointment first, and the guys were very accommodating. They had fixed my brakes and changed my oil by mid-afternoon. They called to tell me the cost, then again to let me know it was finished. They were courteously and professional, and my brakes work better than they have in a long time. "I’ve been going to Best-One of Indy for years with all of our family cars. I dropped in yesterday because I had a flat tire and was driving on a donut. I’m getting ready to purchase a new car so I was hoping to find a used tire for the time being.
